No.2 Cairo, Egypt, in December 2001

          Despite well-intentioned advice against my travelling plan, I went alone to Cairo in the year of 911. But then of course, I had a personal local guide with me all along except on the last day, who was a pen-friend of one of my colleagues at that time.
          I made lots of video recordings, but then Youtube is a pretty new thing and then all my files are in the format of mpeg, which meant that I couldn't share the videos with the public. It wasn't until today that I found a free on-line converter to do the job of changing the mpeg files into wmv files, which makes uploading possible. So far I've uploaded twelve files as follows.  A friend said the videos are a bit boring and suggested that I should edit them by using Movie Maker. But I've no time for that now. Plus they are the original raw material like historical recordings, which may be even better without any 'cosmetics'.
